Q: Is there car parking at the show?

A: Registering for the event is fast and easy. Please fill out your contact details and interests on the visitor registration page and do not forget to print out the confirmation page - registration for 2010 wil be open soon - in the mean time please fill in your details and we will contact you when registration opens.
Q: Do I have to pay to attend the show?
A: Pre-registered visitors can attend the event free of charge. However, please be advised that registering onsite will cost € 90. If you also would like to participate in the Pre-Show Seminar Series a fee will be charged. Please find more information about this on the Pre-Show Seminar Series webpage - coming soon.
Q: When will I receive my pre-registration badge?
A: This year we will not send out visitor badges. After registering you need to print out the confirmation page instead. Please bring this confirmation page to the exhibition and you can print your badge at one of the self-service terminals.
Q: I lost my confirmation page, can I still receive a badge?
A: Yes, it is still possible to collect your badge onsite as long as you bring your Unique Reference Number (URN) to the show. If you do not have your URN anymore, please go to our visitor registration page and click on the link in the last sentence.
Q: Will my registration for ICSE Europe also give me access to theP-MEC, BioPh and CPhI Worldwide exhibitions?
A: Yes, your ICSE registration will also give you access to these other events. Q: How can I find out who this year’s exhibitors are?
A: There are two ways to search for this year’s exhibitors:
First you can have a look at the exhibitor list (listed in the exhibitors section of this website) where you will find all exhibitors, including their website and stand number.
Secondly, you can search on Wayfinder by using different criteria, such as product category and country breakdown. Wayfinder will be online around May 2010 along with teh exhibitor kit.
Q: I am an exhibitor: where can I find all exhibitor information?
A: All exhibitor forms and general information can be found on this website under the exhibitor section and in the ExhibitorKit, of which will be released in May 2010. A: All you need to know is on the travel and stay section of the site
